CNERGY Card Terms & Conditions

  1. The Cardmember acknowledges and agrees that Union Gas Holdings Limited may, from time to time, amend, cancel, or suspend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  2. Union Gas Holdings Limited may collect, use, and disclose the Cardmember’s personal data, as provided in this application form or obtained through membership, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 :
    a. Processing the membership application.
    b. Administering the membership with the organization.
    c. Providing updates on products, benefits, and rewards.
  3. Use of the CNERGY Card constitutes acceptance of the prevailing terms and conditions, which may be subject to periodic updates.
  4. The Cardmember shall take all necessary precautions and security measures to ensure the proper and valid use of the Card and to prevent its loss, damage, fraudulent use, abuse, or misuse.
  5. Union Gas Holdings Limited reserves the right to assign, at any time and without the Cardmember’s consent, these terms and conditions, the Programme, the ownership of the Cards, and/or the Cardmember’s account in relation to the Programme to any affiliate or third party, including any associated rights, obligations, or liabilities.
  6. $5 or any other amount as set by the Company for issuance of a new card or card replacement. The cost of the card is not refundable.
  7. To request a refund, please visit any of our fuel kiosks to apply for a refund of the remaining stored value on the card.
  8. The physical card must be returned for a refund.

  9. A refund is subject to an administrative fee of 3% of any remaining stored value if it meets one or more of the following criteria:

    – Refund within 180 days from the date of card issuance.

    – The card has been used for less than five fuel filling transactions from the date of issue.

  10. If a refund request is valid, it will be processed and the remaining stored value after deducting any administrative fee, will be credited into the designated bank account under the name of the card holder within 14 working days.
